Volvo XC90 Roof Bars

Increase the load carrying capacity of your XC90 with these heavy duty roof bars, designed to be mounted to integrated (flush mounted) roof rails. Aluminium or black coated steel load bars supplied with lockable mounting kit. These roof bars can carry up to 100kg.

Fits Volvo XC90 Models

• From 2015 to present (Mk2)
• With flush roof rails only

Not Compatible With

• XC90 with raised roof rails (gap under the rail)

• Oval profile = 63mm x 29mm

Fitting Roof Bars

• These roof bars mount to rails on the vehicle roof using lockable feet.
• Each foot has a 3mm thick steel bracket that clamps on to the rail.
• The bracket is tightened using an Allen key stored inside the foot.
• Rubber gaskets fixed to the feet protect the rail and ensure a better fit.

Load Weight of Roof Rails

• Do not exceed the maximum permissible roof rail load of the XC90.
• Please refer to your Volvo owner’s manual for further information.

Notes

• These bars are compatible with factory fitted flush roof rails only.
• They will not fit models with raised roof rails or without any rails.
• Sunroof must not be used when roof bars are fitted to the vehicle.
