Returns Process

Our returns process is designed to ensure a problem-free experience for our customers.

  • Contact us within 14 days from receipt of your order
  • We will provide you with a returns number and return instructions
  • Returned items are thoroughly inspected on arrival and if accepted
  • Your refund will be processed via the original payment method within 1-2 working days

Items being returned MUST be :
– Unused and in their original condition
– Complete including all fixings, paperwork and instructions
– Correctly packed and with their original packaging
(Inadequate packaging may lead to returned items being damaged, lost or rejected)

Non-Returnable Items :
– Any item damaged, worn, used, fitted or not in their original condition
– Any item altered, incomplete or tampered with
– Any item customised, personalised or made-to-order
The above items are not eligible for a refund and if returned, may incur a re-delivery or disposal charge

Delivery Costs

Delivery costs will be refunded if we are at fault, otherwise they will be deducted from any amount being refunded.
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning any items and are advised to use an insured and trackable service
